Driving time to Park City Mountain Village or Canyons base averages about 25-30 minutes. Deer Valley commute is about 30 minutes. Large and private bedroom suite with a large custom walk-in closet with a private bathroom and a large shower. Bedroom offers a queen bed with a new mattress, two nightstands with lamps, a seating area with reading lamp and a dedicated desk/workspace. Bedroom window looks out onto the garden area in a fenced in backyard with custom landscaping. Bedroom also has a 42” smart TV and free wireless wi-fi is also provided. Lower level of the home is about 2300 sf and offers a laundry room, access to the fitness center room, fully equipped kitchen area with a sink, microwave, coffee machine, toaster oven, dishwasher, café refrigerator, hot plate, and plenty of storage for groceries. All bedroom linens and blankets are provided. Home is a new construction build, custom built in 2021. Basement was just recently finished in 2022 with modern finishes and decorative artwork throughout.
Parking: Space for one car in driveway on side of garage. (Gated parking area). Neighborhood also has HOA snowplow services for the community roads November through April.
Access: Basement has a private access through a side gate and walkway to lower level of house with a coded (keyless entry) for privacy and security. (Lower level of home is a walkout basement).
Ski Storage: Skis/snowboards and boots can be stored in a dedicated storage room with ski racks next to the kitchen area in basement.
