WE RIP Unit Owner Application

The HRC at Mountainlands is proud to launch the Workforce Employer Rental Incentive Program- WE RIP. Please review the WE RIP guidelines, terms and conditions, and FAQs prior to applying. Landlords seeking an incentive to rent a room to eligible employees must first fill out the application below.

Landlords will be contacted and verified through the HRC prior to their available units being listed on the WE RIP Housing inventory list. It is the unit owner's responsibility to contact megan@housinghelp.org at the HRC to remove the listing when it is no longer available.
