Required Documents: Proof of income (last 4 consecutive check tubs, award letter from social security or Pension), assets balance information (checking and savings account Statements, etc.), photo ID of all household members over the age of 18. Other items will be requested at time of in person interview to complete the verification process. Birth Certificates for all minor children of the household
Application Fee: $50 per person over the age of 18

Important Information on Affordable Rentals
There are a number of affordable (income and rent-restricted) apartment communities in the area. Mountainlands has developed many of these but does not manage any of them. Please contact apartment communities directly for questions, requirements, or information on how to apply.
Most properties have waitlists and we highly encourage you to request to be added to these lists (Mountainlands does not maintain any housing waitlists). Please do not be discouraged by the waitlist process and average time to get an apartment, as it is often the best way to eventually obtain affordable housing.
