The project will consist of one three-story building with 8 one-bedroom, 8 two-bedroom, 5 three-bedroom and 3 four-bedroom apartments. Seven units will meet ADA Type A design requirements. Covered parking, bike racks and private storage areas will be provided on-site. Units will include washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher and AC.

Important Information on Affordable Rentals
There are a number of affordable (income and rent-restricted) apartment communities in the area. Mountainlands has developed many of these but does not manage any of them. Please contact apartment communities directly for questions, requirements, or information on how to apply.
Most properties have waitlists and we highly encourage you to request to be added to these lists (Mountainlands does not maintain any housing waitlists). Please do not be discouraged by the waitlist process and average time to get an apartment, as it is often the best way to eventually obtain affordable housing.
