Affordable Housing & Waitlists

There are a number of affordable (income and rent-restricted) apartment communities in the area. Mountainlands has developed many of these but does not manage any of them. Please contact the management office directly for the properties that meet your needs as every property has different qualification criteria and application processes.

Most affordable apartment communities have waitlists as our area's demand for affordable rent is high. Please do not be discouraged by the waitlists and average time to get an apartment. We highly encourage you to request to be added to the waitlists. There is no cost to it and it's the only way to eventually get an apartment.
