Winter 2012/2013

Mountainlands Community Housing Trust (MCHT) is proud to have completed construction on its two apartment project in Heber in 2012. The 76 unit Elmbridge Apartments and 23 unit Prestige Senior Living Center are providing housing for very low income residents of Wasatch County.

Changing Lives

MCHT has provided transitional housing for temporarily homeless families in Summit and Wasatch Counties with the Mountainlands Transitions program since 2003. This supportive homeless prevention program is the only one of it’s kind in Summit and Wasatch counties and provides nine temporary housing apartments and support services for families and individuals in need.
