The Housing Resource Center- HRC is here to help you meet your housing needs across the Wasatch Back. Whether you live in affordable housing, are looking for affordable housing, or want to help advocate for our community's growing housing needs, you've come to the right place.
Mountainlands started the HRC in 2022 and hired Angelica Espinoza, Housing Navigator, and Megan McKenna, Housing Advocate, to address the education, advocacy, and navigation components of our mission.
At the HRC we believe housing is belonging and belonging builds a thriving community.

Mountainlands and the HRC work hand in hand with our community partners. The housing crisis is complex and no one can take it on solo. Together, we can always accomplish more.
Giving Back
As a nonprofit, we rely on our community for support to address our local unmet housing needs. As a thank you, we like to give back to our community through our Bob Wells scholarship program.
Our Partners
As a nonprofit, we also rely on the support and services of our local government and other nonprofits. As a thank you to our public and nonprofit partners, volunteering is valued and part of our Mountainlands culture.
Bob Wells Scholarship
Bob Wells founded Mountainalnds in 1993. His family has kept his legacy alive through the annual scholarship since 2015.
Summit and Wasatch County high school seniors living in affordable housing are eligible to apply for the scholarship through their high school counseling centers.
